SHIPPING

Where do we ship to?
We currently ship to Sweden only. We hope to expand to international markets soon. If you're based outside Sweden and interested in ordering, please email us at info@houseofnooh.com, and we'll see how we can assist you.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary and are visible at checkout. Please note that there may be multiple shipping charges if you order from different brand partners.

Shipping method
We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives in the best condition possible. Most of our brand partners use our preferred courier, though some may use their chosen service. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Delivery times
Dispatch and delivery times vary:

  • Ready-to-ship products: Our brand partners typically aim to dispatch within 72 hours. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
  • Made-to-order products: Please refer to the product page for specific lead times and delivery information.


How will I receive my order?
Each brand partner prepares and ships products directly to you. If you order from multiple brands, you'll receive separate deliveries.

RETURNS

Our return policy
We hope you're delighted with your House of Nooh order. However, if you wish to return an item, please notify us at info@houseofnooh.com within 14 days of receipt. You'll then have an additional 14 days to send the item back to the brand after receiving our response.

How to return a product:

  1. Email info@houseofnooh.com within 14 days of receipt with:
    - Your order number
    - The product(s) you wish to return
    - The reason for return
  2. We'll respond with the return address(es).
  3. Package your order securely and send it back to the brand. Please note:
    - You're responsible for the return shipping cost.
    - We advise using a tracked service for security. Please keep your proof of postage.
  4. Your refund will be processed once the brand receives and checks the returned item.


Products not eligible for return
Made-to-order products and original art pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are clearly marked on their product pages.

Exchanges
As orders are dispatched individually by our brand partners, we can't offer exchanges unless an item is incorrect or faulty. We also can't offer credit notes. If you wish to return an item and order a different product, follow the return instructions above, and we'll guide you from there.

DAMAGES & FAULTS

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Email info@houseofnooh.com within 14 days of receipt with:
    - Your order number
    - A detailed description of the damage or fault
    - Photos of the damaged product, interior and exterior packaging
  2. We'll arrange a refund or replacement with our brand partner.
  3. Keep the damaged item and packaging until we provide further instructions.


Please note: We can't offer a replacement or refund without photographic evidence.

LOST & MISSING ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within a week of dispatch:

  1. Check the tracking number in your dispatch notification email.
  2. If there's no update or the order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, email us at info@houseofnooh.com within 14 days of dispatch.
  3. We'll open an investigation with the courier.
  4. If the courier can't locate your order, we'll offer a replacement or refund.
